Service Disruption

Welcome to our service disruption page that we use to post disruptions to services due to road works, road closures or other incidents.

All diversions are correct at time of posting.

Works are weather dependent and may be changed or extended at short notice.

Advanced Warning - Reigate Hill SB Closure

Route 420/460 - from Monday 7th September 2020, Reigate Hill will be closed to SB traffic for up to 14 weeks.

Buses will be diverted via Pebblehill and the A25.

Route 420 will continue to serve Lower Kingswood as normal.

Route 460 will not be able to serve Lower Kingswood towards Reigate, with the exception of a couple of morning journeys.

Delays are expected due to the length of the diversion needed.

Revised timetables will be published shortly.

Buses between Reigate and Lower Kingswood are not affected.

Route 21 - Ifield Road Charlwood

Route 21 - Ifield Road, Charlwood will be closed for roadworks from Tuesday 22nd September 2020 for 4 days.

Buses will be diverted via Lowfield Heath Road and Bonnetts Lane in both directions.

This will also include the Route 22 service from Oakwwod School.

Routes 100/400/460 - Brighton/Bonehurst Road Salfords

Brighton/Bonehurst Road, Salfords will be closed from Monday 21st September 2020 for 2 weeks between 2000-0500 each night (not weekends).

Buses will be diverted via the A217, Woodhatch Road and Maple Road in both directions.

Buses will continue to serve East Surrey Hospital.

Route 270 - Stonecross Lane Closure

Buses are currently unable to serve the stops at Buxhalls and Hollyrood due to the closure of Stonecross Lane for emergency roadworks.

Route 272 will continue to serve these stops as normal.

Route 271 - Staplefield

Handcross Road will be closed by Nymans Gardens from Monday 21st September 2020 for approximately 2 weeks.

Buses will be unable to serve Staplefield and will be diverted via A23 and Slough Green Lane in both directions.

Routes 281/400

Quarry Rise, East Grinstead will be closed from Monday 21st September 2020 for up to 2 weeks.

Buses will serve the stops on the main road.
