A family day out is just a bus ride away! Fantastic family fares mean you can get there together for less. Up to 3 children aged under 5 can travel free on our network, when accompanied by an adult. 16-20 year olds can also travel for less with our 16-20 Bus Saver fare. We welcome passengers with buggies on our buses and our fleet is low floor to help those with buggies to use our services more easily. Plus, if your family includes a four-legged friend, dogs are welcome on all our buses for no additional cost. Read our doggy do’s and don’ts here.

Our mobile app has several great features to keep you up to date with your journey minute-by-minute. View live departures, save your regular departure boards and journeys, and live track your bus around the clock. You can also set up personalised travel alerts and receive push notifications of any potential disruptions to your favourite routes as they happen.

Friendship 
Get there by bus together! We have a range of tickets available for group travel. The DUO ticket allows two people to travel together on one mobile device, for the whole day. Heading out with a group of friends? Our QUATTRO ticket allows up to 4 people to travel together within the Metrorider area.

Accessible travel is essential for the comfort and safety of all our passengers. Our buses are for everyone and allow you to make the most of independence.

Brighton & Hove Buses and Metrobus are the only bus operator accredited by the Department of Transport as a level 3 Inclusive Transport Leader. By listening and learning from the lived experiences of disabled people and working collaboratively in the codesign and coproduction of our training and new interior vehicle designs, we continue to help ensure our services are working for all.
