Passenger satisfaction continues to grow across Metrobus network

Metrobus is celebrating another strong performance in this year’s independent Your Bus Journey survey, published today by Transport Focus. 

Metrobus achieved an impressive 87% satisfaction rating - a further two-point increase on last year and above the national average of 85%.

These positive results reflect the company’s continued investment in improving services for customers.
