Historical Hangouts

Penshurst Place is a 14th Century Manor House with grade 1 listed gardens. Once the property of King HneryHenry Viii, it has 10 rooms open to the public, a victorianVictorian kitchen, toy museum and 48 acres of grounds to explore. Nymans is home to another spectacular garden, with rare and unusual plant collections and an ancient woodland. You can also explore the romantic house and ruins and browse the second-hand bookshop and art gallery. Get there on the 271 or 273.

An Evening at the Theatre

With its diverse offering, The Hawth in Crawley is the perfect place to take in a musical, play, ballet, concert or comedy show. In February you can catch tributes to Dire Straits, The BeeGees and Elvis, as well as Country and Ska themed nights, Sleeping Beauty the Ballet and much more.
