Steam and diesel trains on the Spa Valley Railway run through the heart of the Sussex Weald between Tunbridge Wells and Eridge via Groombridge.
Use Routes 231, 233 or 291 to get to Tunbridge Wells or just the 291 to Groombridge for a ride behind a fascinating selection of engines.
The main station and headquarters of the Spa Valley Railway is Tunbridge Wells West, which is located at the western end of the town - close to the famous ‘Pantiles’ area.
The souvenir shop is here, within the engine shed, where you can also see historic locomotives and carriages undergoing restoration. There is also a buffet and model railway.

At the Groombridge Station get off at Station Road bus top (Route 291)
In Tunbridge Wells get off at the Pantiles bus stop (route 231 and 291) or War Memorial (Route 233)
