If it’s a fine day you can visit the beach with its Victorian Pier, lined with excitement. Ride the pier funfair’s landmark helter-skelter, or the ‘Super Booster’ - if you dare! Arcades, souvenir shops and cafés are open from 0900.

Right next to the pier is Brighton Sealife Centre - the world’s oldest operating aquarium - with 150 marine species and 57 displays! Watch sharks and turtle feeding presentations, and hand-feed the rays!

The Brighton Museum & Art Gallery in the Pavilion. There you can explore the world of Art Nouveau, fashion and style through the ages, three galleries of fine art and more.

If you prefer shopping, there’s Churchill Square shopping centre. Visit Brighton’s famous ‘Lanes’, where fashions ancient and modern can be bought, along with all manner of bric-a-brac, antiques, books and bargains. There are also plenty of cafés where you can grab a bite to eat.

Innovative entertainment events are the norm here, and the nightlife in the city is vibrant. Brighton has something for everyone, all year!
