Heathrow and Gatwick Airport Services

Travelling to or from Heathrow Airport
Metrobus operate Route X26 from Heathrow to Croydon, via Hatton Cross, Teddington, Kingston, New Malden, Worcester Park, Cheam, Sutton, Carshalton and Wallington Green. This service operates 7 days a week throughout the year, except Christmas Day. The adult single cash fare is £2.30. Travelling from Heathrow to Central London, or further afield?
There are frequent London Underground trains to central London and a comprehensive network of National Rail and National Express coach services to London and elsewhere. There is also a dedicated express coach service to Oxford.

Please note that Metrobus does not operate any of these services other than Route X26 and can provide no further details. You are advised to check with the relevant operator and allow plenty of time for your journey.

Travelling to or from Gatwick Airport
Metrobus operates local bus services only from Gatwick Airport. You can use this network to travel to places such as the Crawley area, City Place, Manor Royal, Horley, Redhill and East Grinstead, or further afield by changing buses at Crawley. Fastway 10, Fastway 20, Fastway 100, Route 200 and Route 400 all serve Gatwick Airport.

Metrobus does not operate any express services to central London or other cities. Details of some of these services can be found below, as can a guide on how to travel from the airport to local hotels.

Travelling from Gatwick to Central London, or further afield?
There are frequent National Rail services to London and Brighton and many National Express coach services to London and elsewhere. There is also a dedicated express coach service to Oxford.

From Gatwick Airport Rail Station/South Terminal catch Fastway Route 10 or Fastway Route 20 towards Bewbush/Broadfield from the Southbound stop and alight at Arora. From North Terminal catch Fastway Route 10 towards Bewbush and alight at Arora. Adult single fare £2.

BARRINGTON LODGE (Hunter Road, Southgate, Crawley)
From Gatwick Airport Rail Station/South Terminal catch Fastway Route 10 or Fastway Route 20 towards Bewbush/Broadfield from the Southbound stop and alight at Southgate Avenue South. From North Terminal catch Fastway Route 10 towards Bewbush alighting at Southgate Avenue South.  Adult single fare £2.

BELMONT GUEST HOUSE (46 Massetts Road, Horley)
From Gatwick Airport Rail Station/South Terminal catch Fastway Route 100 towards Redhill or Fastway Route 20 towards Horley from the Northbound stop and alight at Massetts Road. From North Terminal catch Fastway Route 100 towards Redhill and alight at Massetts Road. Adult single fare £2.

Alternatively, from Horley Rail Station catch Fastway Route 20 towards Broadfield and alight at Massetts Road. Adult single fare £2.

From Three Bridges railway station catch Route 4, 5, 82 or 84 from bus stop A and alight at The Squareabout. Adult single fare £1.30.

From Gatwick Airport Rail Station/South Terminal catch Route 400 towards East Grinstead from the Southbound stop and alight at Felbridge Hotel. If you are arriving at North Terminal take the transit system to South Terminal.  Adult single fare from £3.60.


GEORGE HOTEL (High Street, Crawley)
From Gatwick Airport Rail Station/South Terminal catch Fastway Route 10 towards Bewbush or Fastway Route 100 towards Maidenbower from the Southbound stop and alight at The Broadway. Adult single fare £2.

Alternatively, it is a short walk from Crawley Station.
