All tickets issued by Metrobus are not transferable and are issued subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the company.

Tickets and Passes

To purchase online, please use the form below to select the ticket you require. You will then be directed to our secure online payment partner to make your payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you your ticket.

There are four types of tickets available online, Season Tickets, Metroriders, Metrovoyagers and Gatwick Travelcards.

Metrobus Online Ticket Sales uses 3D-Secure Authentication to verify your credit/debit card.

Season Ticket
We offer season tickets between two points on any of our services outside London for any period between four weeks and a year, except for journeys wholly within the Crawley/Horley area where a Crawley Metrorider should be purchased instead.

Metroriders
We offer three zones of Metrorider ticket: Crawley, Surrey and Reigate & Redhill. They are available for periods of a month, a quarter or a year.

Metrovoyager
The Metrovoyager gives unlimited travel on Metrobus services, except those operated for London Buses. The Metrovoyager is available for periods of a month, a quarter or a year.

Gatwick Travelcard
The Gatwick Travelcard is available to Gatwick Airport Staff only and is valid on services which serve Gatwick or Crawley. It is avaliable for periods of a month or a year.
